Shipping/Policies

General Information:

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your order will be shipped to the address on your order after Payment is Received! It’s imperative that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. Please note; we are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays or weather.

Delivery Location:

Delivery is available to the U.S and World Wide.

*Import duties are to be paid by the RECIPIENT *

 

Delivery Time:

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances. All orders will take 1-2 business days to be inspected and reviewed. For standard shipping we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-6 business days of the date of your order. For Express shipping your order will be fulfilled within 2-4 Business days. We ship out orders from Monday-Saturday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. 

 *SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received due to the high volume of SALE orders, PLEASE ALLOW 7 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS ON ALL SALE ORDERS to process and ship

*Orders placed using SEZZLE has an additional 3-4 day processing time(ex: orders placed using SEZZLE will not be available for same day pick up) please allow 3-4 days for pick up. Online orders still process with the same time frame .

Delivery Instructions:

Please remember to list your apartment # during check out. If failed to do so, once orders are re-shipped back to us you will have to pay for shipping again. 

  

Damaged Items in Transport: 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at five25luxehair@gmail.com.

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is different from what you purchased. If you receive a different item, please contact us at: five25luxehair@gmail.com with details of the product. Contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product(s), for eligible return. Send photos of the item you consider incorrect at five25luxehair.com

Ex: “You received curly hair and you ordered straight hair”.
